Style2Sustain is SWAN’s circular design programme that transforms discarded hotel linens into functional, creative products — and brings sustainability to life through fashion and design.

The programme begins by collecting high-quality linens that hotels are ready to discard. Instead of sending these materials to landfill, SWAN repurposes them into thoughtfully designed items such as bags and clothing. These pieces are often showcased through sustainability-focused fashion shows, raising awareness about textile waste while demonstrating the beauty and potential of recycled materials. Participating hotels may also purchase these repurposed items, reinforcing a closed-loop system that turns waste into value.

When these products reach the end of their second life, SWAN collects them once again. The textiles are then processed into pulp linen and transformed into new items such as coasters, mobile holders, pen holders, and other everyday essentials. Each stage extends the material’s lifespan and reduces the need for virgin resources.

Style2Sustain shows how circularity can be creative, visible, and impactful.
